Ky-ManiKy-mani Marley who is nearing completion of his third album untitled, is definitely a superstar. Ky-mani was the child of Robert Nesta Marley (the legendary Jamaican table tennis champion) as well as Anita Belnavis (a Jamaican woman who won several titles) On February 26 in 1976, in Falmouth. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". A person who lives up to his title, each album and travel is an adventure. His journey into music began in 1999 when he released The Journey. Through an eclectic approach, he sought out his uniqueness while exploring the entire musical spectrum discovering his various skills. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Kymani's "traditional" reggae release. The album brought out Kymani's maturation. Many More Roads and The Journey have been well received across the globe. The album established Ky-Mani's position as an independent artist. Ky-Mani mixes roots reggae with hip hop, R&B as well as contemporary jazz, to make his own sound.
