Walker was born 1976 in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. She is an American with African-American roots. She is the child of Harvey Welker, a Native American father along with Julie Welker, an African American mother. Her mother works as an agent, and her father is a civil engineer. Walker was educated in The Germantown Friends School (Germantown area) in Philadelphia and graduated in 1994. She then attended Harvard College, where she obtained a Bachelors in Arts degree. Welker and John Hughes, a famous marketing director at Merck Philadelphia who has two kids with him. They began an affair in 2014 with each other. John was her husband. He's 4 years younger than her. Their relationship was developing enough that they decided to take their relationship to a new level. On the 4th of March, 2017, they tied the knot. Their wedding ceremony took place within Philadelphia Pennsylvania. At the Hyatt The Hyatt, they had the wedding of a lifetime. A tiny group of close family members and friends were invited.
